Man is handcuffed and taken away STORYLINE: A stolen bus has led police on a high-speed chase along Los Angeles freeways. The bus was stolen when its driver left the keys in the ignition when she stopped to take a break. Police gave chase, with Sheriff's deputies laying spike strips across the roadway in an effort to stop the bus. Eventually, a tyre blew, sending smoke and sparks showering from the rear of the bus as it rode on its wheel rims. The bus finally came to a stop underneath a freeway underpass. A standoff then ensued, with police shutting down two freeways while they tried to talk the thief into surrendering. A man was finally arrested and led away by police officers.
