"Her bra-topped collection of Madonna rejects are pure fashion overkill," bitched the former dress designer in his 41st "worst-of" countdown of celebrity fashion victims. Spears topped Blackwell's list this year. Also making the dishonour roll for Y2K: Britney's rival, Christina Aguilera. "Is she a boring and body-baring bungle--or just auditioning for Sheena, Queen of the Jungle?" For singer-turned-actress Bjfrk, Mr. Blackwell thought she must have been dressing, not dancing, in the dark. Never one to be left off a top 10 list, Madonna earned Mr. Blackwell's wrath for her chameleonic ways. "From Ghetto Glam to Rhinestone Cowgirl to Mrs. Guy Ritchie.
