Description: B W 1922 Buster Keaton 01:01:55:00 B W 1922 ws Keaton comes out of subway exit in middle of snow covered valley 01:02:25:00 B W 1922 ws Keaton cuts out life size picture of masked bandit holding gun ...puts it in open window of saloon gambling hall...shouts hands up...picks up guns and throws them out window...is picking up money when drunk discovers its cutout...they throw Keaton thru a window 01:03:42:00 B W 1922 ms Keaton enters cabin sees man and woman kissing kills them both...he discovers it's not his cabin or wife and tips hat in apology as he leaves 01:04:25:00 B W 1922 ms ws Keaton rejects wife's advances...she screams attracting passing Mountie...she is knocked out by falling object...Keaton puts on victrola (phonograph) picks up unconscious wife makes believe they are dancing as Mountie walks in 01:05:20:00 B W 1922 ws Keaton puts on white summer suit to call on pretty woman he sees thru window...picks flower sticking up thru snow...husband leaves...Keaton makes pass at wife...holding flower behind him it catches fire from candle...husband comes back and kicks him in back side...Keaton slams door as he leaves and is buried by load of snow shaken from roof 01:07:26:00 B W 1922 ws Keaton gets into back seat of chauffeured limousine like sleigh...chauffeur puts bag of golf clubs in with him...bunch of mongrels pulling sleigh break loose and leave...radiator on sleigh blows steam Keaton packs it with snow 01:08:08:00 B W 1922 ws Keaton and chauffeur get into horse drawn sleigh cab...they stop at traffic policeman's signal in middle of snowy woods as sled crosses from other direction 01:08:35:00 B W 1922 ws Policeman on propeller driven motorized sleigh stops cab...Keaton takes off propeller and puts it on backwards...he tells cab driver to leave...policeman tries to chase but vehicle goes backwards into open water 01:09:39:00 B W 1922 ws Cab breaks apart...Keaton and chauffeur enter igloo...Keaton hangs hat on deer head antler but it collapses...tells chauffeur to play guitar...sits on chair and falls over backwards 01:10:40:00 B W 1922 ms cu Keaton puts a guitar on each foot to act as snowshoes 01:11:33:00 B W 1922 ms Keaton chops hole in ice to fish...keeps off it so he won't fall in when hole opens but gets impatient and jumps on it to make it happen and falls in 01:12:01:00 B W 1922 cu ws Keaton puts sardine from can on fishhook as bait and pulls up whole string of fish which eskimo fishing behind him has put on hold in his hole 01:12:36:00 B W 1922 ws Keaton and Eskimo catch each other's hooks...Keaton pulls eskimo into his hole...Keaton pulls him up thru his hole...eskimo throws snowballs at Keaton who uses a snowshoe to bat them away...eskimo runs away when Keaton turns and sees bear he realizes why 01:13:37:00 B W 1922 ms Keaton enters igloo sees chauffeur using carpet sweeper om floor...he kicks him in the rear 01:14:29:00 B W 1922 ms Keaton puts his arm thru doors lock bar holders to keep out husband of girl he is after...door opens on opposite side and husband walks in...he chases Keaton who jumps from upstairs window...he poses as a snowman as husband runs past him...he reenters cabin and for an instant transposes into a Czarist? officer...back to normal he chases woman 01:15:39:00 B W 1922 ws Chauffeur snow walking on barrel staves meets husband looking for Keaton...chauffeur pulls knife and stabs husband...husband flips chauffeur head first in deep snow 01:16:06:00 B W 1922 ws Husband enters cabin pulls knife on buster who has put on false beard...woman shoots Keaton in back thru window...Keaton pulls gun aims at husband when he is awakened in empty movie house by sweeper
