Description: Color 1920s A beautiful, lushly filmed Grand Canyon travelogue following a mule or burro (can also read as horse) trek to Phantom Ranch in the Colrado River gorge. Some of the footage is tinted in simple sepia, but most is hand-tinted in a variety of colors which give the film a unique old-fashioned and nostalgic look. In a few shots the colors have decayed a bit, resulting in mottling which only enhances the effect. Intertitles.
