WHILE FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS SELLING THESE PRODUCTS TO MINORS, JACKLER WORRIES THAT VAPING COMPANIES LIKE JUUL ARE USING NEW TECHNOLOGY TO PACK MORE NICOTINE INTO THEIR PRODUCTS.
