Georgia State Patrol officers are being investigated for beating a suspect following a high speed chase and then trying to cover it up.
LEAD: Members of the Georgia State Patrol face scrutiny from the FBI and GBI about an arrest captured on videotape. As Angeline Correa reports, troopers are accused of beating a suspect, then trying to cover it up. TAG: The G-B-I is now trying to determine if the documents were altered. If so, that would be a felony charge. The F-B-I is looking into whether or not the defendant's civil rights were violated.
