Sots with man; Accident scene on road; Firemen and rescue crews near damaged cars; Sots.
Two people were killed this morning in a traffic accident close to the entrance to a high school in a Dayton suburb.
LEAD: Two teenagers in Riverside, Ohio died this morning on their way to school ... when a pick-up truck wound up underneath a semi-trailer. Reporter Gary Loe has the story. (TAKE PKG) (Sot) Riverside Police are not releasing the identities of the male and female who died at the scene. Some believe they may have been teenage students on their way to Stebbins High School. Their pick-up truck was found wedged under the rear of this Consolidated Freightways semi-tractor trailer about 7:30 this morning. The pick-up's top was sheared off on impact. The driver of the rig is being treated at Grandview Hospital. (Sot) Sergeant Jeff Trego describes this collision as one of the worst he's investigated. Emergency workers are visibly shaken by the grizzly accident. (Sot)
