THOUSANDS OF CUBAN AMERICANS TAKE TO THE STREETS OF MIAMI IN PROTEST--HOPING TO CHANGE THE U-S CUBA POLICY. THE GROUP "UNIDAD CUBANA" SAYS THIS AFTERNOON'S MARCH IS FOR TWO REASONS. FIRST-TO SUPPORT THE HELMS-BURTON BILL --WHICH WOULD TIGHTEN THE EMBARGO AGAINST FIDEL CASTRO'S GOVERNMENT. -AND TO PROTEST CASTRO'S PLANNED VISIT TO THE UNITED NATIONS NEXT WEEKEND. THE HUGE TURNOUT INCLUDED SOME DIGNITARIES. -SOT- STATE DEPARTMENT OFFICIALS SAY STILL HAVEN'T DECIDED WHETHER TO ISSUE CASTRO A VISA.
