IT'S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR...BIRDS THAT FLED THE NORTHLANDS LAST FALL ARE HEADING BACK FOR THE SUMMER AND SOME OF THEM ARE RUNNING INTO TROUBLE. BALD EAGLES, ONCE IN DANGER OF EXTINCTION, HAVE BOUNCED BACK AND NOW THEY ARE EVEN FIGHTING FOR TERRITORY. THE LOSERS OF THESE BATTLES OFTEN END UP AT THE RAPTOR CENTER IN ST. PAUL AND AS JASON DAVIS REPORTS, SOME OF THEM HAVE TO LEARN TO FLY ALL OVER AGAIN.
