Script LEAD: Kyndra Fink's sister Michelle Bennett and her husband Greg say they never tried to take David from his parents and they just wanted get him the help he needed. Susan Boggs has the latest from Salt Lake City. (TAKE PKG) SCRIPT: When Christopher Fink told his kids of the story he blamed others for his son David's poor condition. SOT Michelle and Greg Bennett were the last family members to care for David and they say David was malnourished when he came to them. SOT The Bennett's don't know exactley how little David got so weak... But they say Kyndra and Christopher had plenty of help to try to feed him a proper diet. The Bennetts are fighting for custody of David and Elijah ---- But Christopher Fink suggests he'll fight it. SOT The Bennetts say they don't want to take the boys away from Kyndra and Christopher ... They just want the boys to get the care they need. SOT Christopher and Kyndra Fink are both in the Salt Lake County Jail and thier first court date in Utah is Tuesday.
