Script LEAD: It wasn't your ordinary sight at Los Angeles' La Brea tar pits this morning, but a crowd of kids turned out to cheer for their favorite dinosaur... SCRIPT: Barney made a special appearance at the tar pits to place his footprints in cement. (Natsot: "...stupendous.") Army Archerd hosted the event to commemorate Barney on his debut film "Barney's Great Adventure: The Movie." The movie opened last Friday.
