FAMILY MEMBERS ARE NEIGHBORS ARE DEVASTATED BY A FATAL FIRE IN UNION CITY, PENNSYLVANIA... SOUTHEAST OF ERIE. (VO) YOU CAN SEE THE FLAMES DEVOURING THE HOUSE. WHEN FIRE FIGHTERS ARRIVED AROUND ELEVEN LAST NIGHT, THE HOME WAS ALREADY ENGULFED IN FLAMES. DESPITE THE INTENSE HEAT AND SMOKE, FIRE FIGHTERS WERE ABLE TO GET INSIDE THE HOME... BUT THEY WERE TOO LATE. FOUR PEOPLE WERE KILLED. THREE OF THE VICTIMS WERE DISABLED. 21 YEAR OLD DAWN BURNETT SUFFERED FROM DOWN SYNDROME... A BIRTH DEFECT LEFT HER 27-YEAR-OLD FOSTER SISTER TAMI BURNETT CONFINED TO A WHEEL CHAIR. AND 28-YEAR-OLD FOSTER BROTHER DAVID BURNETT HAD CEREBRAL PALSY. THEIR GRANDMOTHER AGNES LASHER ALSO DIED. THE MOTHER... NANCY BURNETT WAS TREATED AT THE HOSPITAL AND RELEASED. THE FIRE MARSHALL SAYS THE CAUSE OF THE FIRE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE SUSPICIOUS. OHIO_VAL
