Video Description Dashcam police surveillance video, daytime color with audio, car pulled over to side of road, cop asks man to exit his car and move to the side so they don't get hit, man tells cop he left his wallet at home, cops asks man's name and other info, cop asks man if he is really tired since he was swerving around on the road, we see man sway a little bit, mans knees start to buckle, man collapses apparently fainting, cop helps him up, cop finds wallet in his pocket and continues to question him, other cop searches his car....
