Script LEAD: A FATHER FROM TAMPA WHO'D COMPLAINED HIS DAUGHTER WAS BEING MOLESTED AT SCHOOL ENDED UP IN JAIL HIMSELF LAST NIGHT (WEDNESDAY). WARREN ELY HAS THAT STORY. DAVID FUTCH'S FAMILY SAYS HE ONLY WANTED TO RIGHT A WRONG...TO END WHAT HE BELIEVED WAS THE IMPROPER TOUCHING OF HIS 10-YEAR-OLD DAUGHTER AT THE TAMPA BAPTIST ACADEMY. AT THE SCHOOL LATE WEDNESDAY, FUTCH WAS TOLD POLICE DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE. SOT/Det. John Yaratch: "he related that he'd touch any of the girls he wanted to and i wouldn't be able to do anything about that because things didn't go the way he thought his case should be handled." ENRAGED, THE CHARGES SAY, FUTCH WENT AFTER A 14-YEAR-OLD GIRL. SOT/Judge Walter Heinrich: "grabbed the victim by the back of her shirt, when he did he pulled her very roughly." STANDUP: "the futchs say there's a lot more to this story than what's in this police report. they say an earlier case here involving a church worker and a student greatly magnified their concerns about what might have been happening to their daughter."
