Video Description Black and white police dashcam surveillance video....daytime with audio, car pulled over to side of road, cop talking to man inside car, man argues, so cop asks him to get out of the car and put his hands on top of car, man complies, but then argues and takes his hands off car, cop yells at him and attempts to put handcuffs on the man, but the man argues, cops wrestles him to ground and we hear suspect saying "Ok...I won't argue anymore", argument and brawl happen off camera, bystander comes into picture to see if he can help, cop says he's ok, tape ends...
