CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR GRAY DAVIS IS EXPECTED TO MAKE A MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT CONCERNING FUTURE ELECTRIC GENERATION FOR THE STATE.
CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR GRAY DAVIS IS EXPRESSING HOPE THAT A NEW POWER PLANT IN SAN JOSE CAN HELP END THE POWER CRISIS IN THE STATE. SPEAKING AT A SACRAMENTO SUBSTATION THE GOVERNOR OUTLINED HIS PLAN FOR THE NEW POWER PLANT, JUST ONE OF THIRTEEN IN HIS PROPOSED EXPANSION.
