Date Unknown 1998-1999 Tony Edwards who had a domestic dispute with his wife on Tuesday night was arrested 48 hours later at approximately 8 when New Castle County police officers enticed him out of his townhouse in Bear, Delaware. Leaving Groceries on the Front Lawn Tony exits with his dog only to be tackled by officers with one using an all city football sack. During the standoff which occurred in the Raven Glen housing development residents were evacuated when Tony started firing shots following the dispute and holed himself up in his residence.
