Summary

On October 26, 1998, Tyler, Texas State Troopers Barry Goines and Jasmine Andreason stop a car and get more than just traffic violators. The passenger is escaped convict Sidney Byrd. Byrd pulls a gun and puts it to Goines’ neck. Goines pulls away and he and Andreason blast away as Byrd flees the scene. A traffic stop takes a dangerous turn when the suspect puts a gun to trooper Barry Goines’ head as Trooper Jasmine Andreasen watches the other suspect. Trooper Goines suddenly grabs the gun and shoots several times at the suspects as they runs into the woods.
