Video Description NIGHT DASHCAM: OFFICER PULLS UP BEHIND CAR DRIVING ON THREE WHEELS, STOPS CAR, DRIVER GETS OUT OF VEHICLE, STUMBLING AROUND, HAS HANDS IN THE AIR, GUY SAYS HE’S HAVING A BAD NIGHT, OFFICER SAYS HE WAS DRIVING ON HIS RIM, SAYS HE’S A SHERIFF’S DEPUTY, OFFICER EXPLAINS WHY HE WAS STOPPED, GUY TALKING WITH SLURRED SPEECH, TAKES GUY BACK TO HIS CAR, GUY FALLS OFF CAMERA, OFFICER TALKS TO GUY ABOUT WHAT HE WANTS TO DO WITH HIS CAR, THEY GET INTO HIS CAR, AUDIO FROM CONVERSATION INSIDE VEHICLE, OFFICER GOES BACK TO LOOK AT VEHICLE, RETURNS, ASKS IF GUY HAS HIS GUN, TAKES IT FROM AND SOUNDS LIKE HE LOCKS IT UP IN HIS TRUNK. (AT NO POINT DURING THIS VIDEO IS THERE ANY CONVERSATION REGARDING THE DEPUTY BEING DRUNK BUT FROM THE CONVERSATION ON THE TAPE IT APPEARS THAT THE DEPUTY IS BEING TAKEN IN.)
