The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department is releasing dash cam video of a man suspected of driving a wheelchair drunk. The video shows the man in the wheelchair traveling in heavy fog along the Marquette Interchange in the early morning hours last Friday. According to the Sheriff's Department, 35-year-old Daniel Samplaski had a blood alcohol level of .23, or three times the legal limit.
