MS honor guard marches down DC street, funeral procession; closer of marching feet, widen to spectators, review stand; black horses draw black wagon, zoom to wood wheels; WS spectators, Presidential Seal and U.S. flag foreground; motorcycle police, then black limousines, many pass on rain slicked streets; black Cadillac hearse passes, stops by black funeral wagon; WS same; closer on hearse door opened; wider, honor guard of all military divisions marches slowly to hearse, halt in formation at hearse door, salute, slide out Eisenhower's flag draped coffin, slowly back up, turn, place coffin on black funeral wagon; hearse drives off; angle on black riderless horse, officer holds reins.
