Officer: You should be at the jail taking care of the people that I take to jail Not out here doing the same thing Come on man Capt Heredia: Come on, please! Officer: You come on please You're supposed to be setting the example Look at you, you can't even walk Heredia was taken into custody and bonded out of jail later on Wednesday The warden of the jail says he will look into the case
