Summary

An old black man in suspenders strikes a karate pose during FSTs. When asked what time it is, he says he has no idea. He also says that he has a doctorate. When asked to recite his ABC's he says "Do you want it fast or slow?” He claims that he hasn't been drinking, however, the breathalyzer comes back positive. When he is about to be arrested, he strikes a "crane pose" like the Karate Kid. At the end, he wants something in writing to prove that his tests are valid. He claims that if he has been apprehended as a perpetrator, he needs to know why.
