Former American Korean War POW tells of captivity
SOT an Air Force captain, former POW during Korean War, talks about his captivity at the infamous "Pak's Palace" POW camp as he sits next to a USAF colonel: "Living conditions were out of this world, you just can't imagine the conditions we lived in. We had no soap, no toothbrushes, we had no razors, we had absolutely nothing....absolutely no medical treatment of any kind. Pak would laugh when we asked for medicines; he'd laugh when you asked about the Geneva Convention" / He tells of Russians, Chinese, and Koreans at the camp and talks about men who died; digging up one body three times to get the watch he had / "It's a pretty terrifying thought to have your friends die, but it's even worse to have to dig up the body. It's something that I can't imagine any Christian in the world or any human being condoning." / Note: exact year not known; documentation incomplete
