Great shots of people in swimsuits and beachwear on Jones Beach. A woman sunbathes. Young men and women run into the sea. In a salt water pool we see more people having fun. Women and men in two lines do exercises on the beach. We see some of the other leisure activities available: a couple play golf, people learn archery, children play at a sandy playground.

Shots of sailing boats on the bay. Further up the beach where it is less crowded we see people standing on the beach and fishing with rods. Nice shot of three young women running over the sand dunes towards camera. A couple stand on the dunes and look out at the view. Another couple run into the waves.
