Soviet delegate to UNO, Mr Andrei Vyshinsky, speaking at the UN conference in Paris. CU. Vyshinsky speaking (natural sound, Russian). He says, with some irony, that it is possible that Russians are unable to grasp the UN resolution in the right way. However, he continues, as he understands it, the main question is the question of the international control of atomic weapons which is not essentially international but American. In that way US want the have the world control and world monopoly on atomic weapons.
