In this film Mr Chawla was awarded with a consolation prize for flying from India to London. He did not win the Aga Khan Prize as it required a solo flight. Mr. Engineer later won the Aga Khan Prize for a solo flight from London to India. He left Croydon on 25 April 1930 and arrived in Karachi on 11 May 1930.
