They are searched and the police look through their possessions and documents. They tell them they will have to return to their homes in El Paso. One of them says "and they call this a free country eh?", the policeman says "well its a lot better than a lot of them even at that". M/S of police chief making a speech saying the solution to the problem should begin at the source and they have been successful.
