Clip opens with dramatized scenes: A pair of FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) officers approach a house in a rural area to question the residents. FBI agent knocks on the door. A woman answers the door and speaks to the officer. The two officers leave and head to the barn at the back of the house. View of agents approaching barn on farm property. The two officers inspect the white barn and its surroundings. An officer opens the barn door and finds a haystack. The officer clears the haystack, revealing a crate labeled "Property of U.S. Government". A man watches the FBI officer taking notes as the man hides inside the barn. The man attempts to attack the officer with a club from behind but is subdued. The FBI officer arrests the man. The man, lying down on the ground, refuses to move. The FBI officer grabs the man and takes him away. FBI training footage: FBI trainer and student demonstrate how to defend oneself from a club wielding assailant. The trainer blocks the blow and traps the assailant's arm, making him fall to the ground. The trainer grabs the assailant with a "come along" hold. Closing scenes show FBI agents talking to various persons in the field. FBI agent talking to an auto mechanic repairing a car. Agent talks to a grocer in a store labeling canned goods.
