OSBORNE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS FIGHT (12/22/1994)
THE OSBORNE FAMILY OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS WAS DENIED THE RIGHT TO PLUG IN ITS CHRISTMAS DISPLAY OF OVER ONE MILLION LIGHTS BECAUSE THE NEIGHBORS COMPLAINED. WELL, TONIGHT A FEW HUNDRED PEOPLE SHOWED UP IN PROTEST BRANDISHING FLASHLIGHTS, CANDLES, AND SIGNS POINTING THEM TO THE SKY TO SIMULATE THE BANISHED DISPLAY. THE HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT CAME WHEN JENNINGS OSBORNE HIMSELF APPEARED ON THE BALCONY AND WAVED.

Peter May walks away from his wicket after being caught, Goddard bowled Adcock. LV. Score board 48 for 3. LV. Goddard bowls to Richardson who pushes it away for a nice single. GV. Crowd to ground.
