Outside the Cinerama theater in Hollywood, writers with the Writers Guild of America (WGA) walk the picket lines as talks break down over the subject of residuals for syndication. Producers Alliance representative Nicholas Counter announces studios will resume production by hiring writers from other countries and filming abroad.
