PATIENTS WHO ARE WILLING TO PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS ABOUT THEIR EXPERIENCE COULD BE ELIGIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION UP TO $250,000."\nTHE ANNOUNCEMENT CAME AS A SHOCK TO NAFZIGER AND HER ATTORNEYS WHO ARE REPRESENTING 180 WOMEN IN THE CASE. \nJohn Manly/Victim's Attorney: "It's good for the sexual predator Dr George Tyndall and it's good for USC. Where? What they did? What they didn't do? Who covered it up?"\nSara Sidner/Los Angeles: Dr. Tyndall did not responded to our request for comment after the settlement. He has previously denied all the allegations and attorney his attorney says he continues to cooperate in the investigation. And he has not been charged with any crime. The Los Angeles District Attorney's office told CNN, it has 64 cases under review relating to the former USC gynecologist.
