THERE HE WAS INVOLVED IN A ONE-CAR ACCIDENT AND WAS STOPPED BY POLICE WHEN HE TRIED TO MAKE A U-TURN. THE ARRESTING OFFICER SMELLED ALCOHOL ON HIS BREATH AND TOOK HIM INTO CUSTODY. KING WAS THEN RELEASED UNTIL TODAY'S HEARING.
