Someone has been on a 30 hour crime spree in Park City. All police know is the suspect has been reported behind the wheel of an allegedly stolen green Subaru.The car has been spotted and several cruisers pick up the pursuit as the suspect winds his way out of this resort town. As he heads toward the interstate, the decision is made to knock the suspect off the road. Deputy Lange pulls into position and connects with a PIT maneuver. two Utah State Troopers are lucky to be alive tonight after almost being crushed by careening vehicles during a snowy accident. It seems like maybe its heavy enough to stay in your truck bed, but definitely not because it was on the road, passenger Lily Eaton said.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>The Eaton family was heading southbound on Interstate 15 in Lehi Saturday afternoon when they said the base of a chair without wheels flew at their car.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>We could see it looked like a rock, something flying toward us, Lily said. Were like, Oh, thats weird, oh thats going to hit us!.'</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Lilys mother was driving, and her older sister, Anabella, was sitting in the passenger seat. She had a little bit of glass on her.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Lilys mother, Lea Eaton, pulled over to the shoulder while Lily called 911.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>When I was on the phone with the 911 operator, she said can you pull off to the Subway because were dealing with another fatal accident, Lily said. Hearing that, I was like, were good, were okay, everybody is safe.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>The Eatons said Anabella had cuts across her legs from the glass, but other than that, no one was injured.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>It was kind of the luckiest unlucky thing because it didnt go through the windshield, Lily said. Were just really grateful everyone is alive and well.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>The family cant help but wonder what could have happened. They spent hours reviewing the dashcam footage to figure out what had hit them.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>It was two lanes over from us, Lily said. It was the bottom of an office chair, just the metal parts. It didnt have any of the wheels. Its important to pay attention. I think if maybe my mom was on her phone or distracted with passengers, it couldve been a lot worse than what it was.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Lea said its important to pack heavy loads carefully and make sure everything is properly tied down.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>I think that it seems like maybe its not a big deal; people can swerve around it, but if youre not paying attention, it can create really big problems for a lot of people, Lily added.</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>Theyre working on repairs for their family car, which is covered in shards of glass. Two Utah State Troopers are lucky to be alive tonight after almost being crushed by careening vehicles during a snowy accident. The troopers were assisting weather related accident victims ont he side of the road when they spotted another accident in action. the troopers immediately began running for their lives as a van hit a truck and both vehicles started spinning out of control toward the officers. the surveillance tape from two different angles tells the story of how close thoe police officers were to being crushed by the crashing vehicles.

A vacationing family involved in a fiery crash near Corinne spoke with us tonight. The video of the chase shows a bullet bike rider speeding past a Box Elder County sheriff's deputy on State Road 13. State Troopers had a hard time keeping up with the bike. Soon after, the bullet bike crashed under a green Ford Expedition, which burst into flames. In the video, you can see a woman running to the vehicle to get her child. She carries it to safety and then goes back for the second child. That woman was Jenny Hill. "So I got out of the car and looked under it and saw that it was on fire, and I knew I had to get my kids out, so I just hurried and got my kids out," Jenny said. Her husband, Jeremy, is glad his wife acted so quickly, because he was a nervous mess. "If it wasn't for her having the, just thinking about the kids, I don't know what would've happened, because I just, I mean, I couldn't walk," he said. Twenty-seven-year-old Daniel Savino was on the bullet bike. The Hills say they're not angry with him and are glad he didn't die.

UTAH COLD CAUSING CAR TROUBLE.

There were some scary moments Thursday for drivers on I-15 as the driver of a truck slammed into another truck that had been pulled over by a Utah Highway Patrol trooper. The trooper pulled over the truck in Davis County near Bountiful. The trooper's dashboard camera video shows the pickup truck slam right into into it. Troopers say the accident happened after the driver fell asleep. The good news is, nobody was seriously hurt.

HIGH SPEED CHASE IN THE UTAH DESERT ENDS WHEN DRIVER SMASHES INTO THE BACK END OF A SEMI-TRUCK!

A CRAZY CHASE OF A DRUG TRAFFICKER OUTSIDE SALT LAKE CITY DURING RUSH HOUR. AFTER DRIVING IN THE BREAKDOWN LANE AND THE SHOULDER LANE AND AVOIDING COPS AND SPIKE STRIPS, THE CHASE FINALLY COMES TO AN END WHEN THE COP RAMS THE CAR HEAD-ON. THERE IS A COOL FROM A TRAFFIC CAMERA THAT HAS THE RAMMING CAUGHT ON TAPE. IT TURNS OUT THAT DURING THE CHASE, THE SUSPECT SWALLOWED A BALLOON FILLED WITH HEROIN IN ADDITION TO THE HEROIN THAT WAS FOUND IN THE CAR BY TROOPERS AFTER THE CHASE WAS OVER.

A TRUCKER IS LUCKY TO BE ALIVE AFTER NEARING BEING BURNED ALIVE INSIDE HIS SEMI IN UTAH. FRED GONZALES WAS DRIVING SOUTH ON I-15 FROM SALT LAKE CITY WHEN HIS TRUCK HIT THE DENSE SMOKE AND THEN THE FLAMES FROM THE MILFORD FLAT WILDFIRES. GONZALES WAS HAULING A FULL LOAD UPHILL WHEN THE FLAMES SHOT ACROSS THE HIGHWAY AT HIS TRUCK. HIS ONLY OPTION WAS TO GUN THE ENGINE UP THE HILL UNTIL HE WAS ON FLATTER GROUND SO HE COULD EVACUATE. SOMEHOW THE ENGINE MADE IT AND GONZALES RAN FOR HIS LIFE AWAY FROM THE FIRE. HE SAW A MINIVAN ALSO COME OUT OF THE BLAZE AND IMMEDIATELY JUMPED IN IT AND OFFERED TO DRIVE THEMAN, WOMAN AND TWO CHILDREN TO SAFETY FOR ALL OF THEM. WE HAVE SOME DASHCAM OF THE GENERAL BURNING AREA AND WE DO SEE THE BURNING SEMI TRUCK. BUT NONE OF THE ACTION SHOTS DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE ON THIS DASHCAM VIDEO.
