At least one person died, more than 20 were injured after a vehicle drove through a crowd at the Waukesha Holiday Parade Sunday evening, November 21. This video posted on social media shows a red SUV speeding through the street passing by the parade, a chaotic scene at the site a few minutes later with emergency vehicles and screams.
