Red fire bug (Pyrrhocoris apterus) nymph. Red firebugs go through simple metamorphosis (egg, nymph, adult) and typically have one generation per year. They are easily recognisable due their striking red and black colouration. Filmed in Berlin, Germany, in summer.

Aviation attempts in early 1900s

Part of PETS AND POTS issue. <br/> <br/>Pathe Studios, London. <br/> <br/>Australian comedian, Albert Whelan does impersonations and sings "The love bug will bite you" and "I belong to Glasgow". Various shots of Whelan in set dressed as a lounge. Whelan does impressions of Ned Sparks and Gordon Harker. He then sings the "love bug" song in the voices of Eddie Cantor, Donald Duck and Wallace Beery.
