This colored Pan American film travelogue, called Wings to Mexico and Guatemala, was produced by Hartlet Productions, probably in the late 1940’s. The Pan American airplane shown at the end of the film is the DC-4 Clipper Radiant, acquired by the company March 9, 1947.<p>The beginning of this film is missing. It starts with two men speaking with a young woman in an airplane. They are discussing whether a person needs to speak Spanish to get along in Mexico so they teach her some words (0:05-0:50). The men tell some history of the country while showing some beautiful pictures of the countryside. Men using one bladed plough, people walking barefoot down dirt roads, sheep herders herding sheep (0:51-1:50). He tells the legend of Mexico’s twin volcanoes, the Popocatepetl and the Iztaccihuatl (1:51-2:22). You go on a tour of Oaxaca with views of the streets and churches. The Plaza is shown with Serapes being hung on walls (2:23-2:55). Visit an archaeological dig of Alfonso Caso called Monte Alban, the Tomb Seven. He shows a vessel found there and discusses how digs are done revealing Petroglyphs (2:56-4:02). The early city builders were taken over by the Aztecs, then conquered by the Spanish. Like, oh, you think I'm a whore, or you think I'm ugly, or I'm old, or I'm fat or my boobs are too big or too small or whatever... I've heard, there's nothing along those lines that someone can say to me that I haven't heard. And so when someone says, "hey, you're a whore..." I'm like, "That is 'successful whore' to you!"\nCNN: But this is a little different though. Has some of it been hurtful at all? What's your reaction been to it?\nDaniels: What bothers me is the flat out lies. Like people randomly making up stuff.\nCNN: Like what?\nDaniels: Like that I'm broke. I'm one of the most successful adult movie directors in the business. I have a contract that's been in place for several years and I actually just renegotiated, and got a new contract... there was already, the terms were already set before this stuff happened, and I got a raise, so I'm doing just fine.\nCNN: What do you think about the circus that's happening? This was out in 2011 but this is now renewed attention...\nDaniels: I think it's pretty clear that with new developments come new interest.\nCNN: What do people need to know about you and what's going on that you think has been overshadowed?\nDaniels: Like I just said, I'm doing what I've always done, I'm writing, directing, preforming and dancing, like none of that's changed, and people are under this huge misconception that I just started stripping. And I've actually been doing this for 18 years.\nCNN: Like they think you take advantage of the situation\nDaniels: Right, and that's not true.
