THE MAN WHO SPARKED RIOTS IN LOS ANGELES HAS ANOTHER RUN-IN WITH THE LAW...ONLY THIS TIME IN PENNSYLVANIA. RODNEY KING FACES A COURT DATE ON MAY 30TH AFTER HE WAS ARRESTED LAST NIGHT FOR ALLEGEDLY DRIVING DRUNK IN NEW CASTLE, PENNSYLVANIA. A POLICE REPORT SAYS KING WAS INVOLVED IN A ONE-CAR ACCIDENT AND WAS STOPPED WHEN HE TRIED TO MAKE A U-TURN. THE ARRESTING OFFICER SAYS HE SMELLED ALCOHOL ON KING'S BREATH. KING APPERED IN COURT EARLY THIS MORNING AND WAS RELEASED ON HIS OWN RECOGNIZANCE.KING WAS IN THE NEW CASTLE AREA TO ATTEND A FUNERAL. KING FIRST STEPPED INTO THE SPOTLIGHT WHEN SOMEONE VIDEOTAPED HIM BEING BEATEN BY LOS ANGELES POLICE A FEW YEARS AGO.
