26-YEAR OLD JESSICA RIOS IS IN JAIL TONIGHT AFTER TAKING A THREE YEAR OLD GIRL ON A HIGH SPEED CHASE WITH POLICE YESTERDAY.RIOS WAS PULLED OVER BY ELLIS COUNTY CONSTABLES, BUT THEN SPED OFF AFTER IT WAS DISCOVERED SHE HAD OUTSTANDING WARRANTS.SHE LED AUTHORITIES ON A 70-MILE CHASE THAT REACHED SPEEDS OF 115-MILES PER HOUR. POLICE USED ROAD SPIKES TO STOP HER. STOP STICKS.RIOS HAD A CHILD IN TOW WHO SHE WAS BABY-SITTING AT THE TIME.

Byrd pulls a gun and puts it to Goines’ neck. Goines pulls away and he and Andreason blast away as Byrd flees the scene.A traffic stop takes a dangerous turn when the suspect puts a gun to trooper Barry Goines’ head as Trooper Jasmine Andreasen watches the other suspect. Trooper Goines suddenly grabs the gun and shoots several times at the suspects as they runs into the woods.
