5-Year-Old Hospitalized After Boat Catches Fire Near Marina

Local reports said, citing the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety, the boat had just been fueled up when the operator went to start it and a spark ignited the gasoline fumes. Kami Elkins captured this video on Lake Texoma while boating with her husband and two sons. "We saw smoke coming from around a cove," Elkins said. "As we approached, we noticed it was a boat smoking. We tried to approach the boat to help, but we were afraid of the boat blowing up so we backed up and waited for help. It was scary to watch!"
