Film: Seconds For Survival. Actor Raymond Massey introduces film. Very small, 2-person sail boats on a bay. A teletype message is sent to affected East Coast stations, issuing small craft warnings due to approaching storm. Coast Guard station receives the message and dispatches patrol boat to warn boaters in the bay. They intercept the little sail boats and hail them with instructions to return to the harbor.
