The foreman tells one of them to look out - that he is in line to lose his job.<br/><br/>Intertitle reads: "The Foreman's Breakfast". The foreman gets his breakfast served to his office and is annoyed when someone interrupts him with paperwork.<br/><br/>Intertitle reads: "Jealous of his Master". Shots of the company boss enjoying a civilised meal with his family. The foreman arrives with the paperwork, he looks jealously at his surroundings. He returns to his office angry at his position.<br/><br/>Intertitle reads: "The Dispute." The foreman pick an argument with the worker.<br/><br/>Intertitle reads: "Dismissed." The foreman gets him sacked.<br/><br/>Intertitle reads: "Thief And Incendiary". The foreman returns later to the firm at night to rob the safe and then sets fire to the factory. He then calls out the fire brigade. The fire brigade cannot control the blaze until the building is gutted and after the fire. A fireman rescues a child from the blaze. More scenes of wreckage and devastation.<br/><br/>Intertitle reads: "Discovering The Theft". The boss find his empty safe. The foreman blames the fire onto the employee that he sacked. <br/><br/>Intertitle reads: "Discovering The Culprit." The foreman is discovered however and arrested, and the victimised employee is reinstated.
