Puff Daddy whose real name is Sean Combs was arrested in December on a weapons charge after police stopped him and his girlfriend Jennifer Lopez following a shooting in a Times Square club. Police claim that a ninemillimetre gun was found in their car as they left Club New York minutes after the 2.30am shooting. Combs' girlfriend, singer and actress Jennifer Lopez, who was in the car with Combs, has not been charged in the incident but was also expected to testify before the Grand Jury.
