The travelers then take a trip across the English Channel by ferry to France, where they visit the Eiffel Tower. The second film begins around the 3 minute mark and shows Norway in the 1950s, with its hard working farmers and fishermen. Hydropower is seen at the 5:45 mark, and shipbuilding at the 6:15 mark. The modern city of Oslo is seen at the 7 minute mark, with its Royal Palace.
