FEDERAL DRUG ENFORCEMENT ADMINISTRATION OFFICIALS ARE INVESTIGATING A WEEKEND SHOOTOUT BETWEEN AN OFF-DUTY D-E-A SPECIAL AGENT AND A HOUSTON TOPLESS NIGHTCLUB OWNER THAT LEFT BOTH MEN HOSPITALIZED.AGENT PETE SINCLAIR WAS HAVING A BACHELOR PARTY WITH ABOUT 35 OF HIS FRIENDS SUNDAY WHEN HE GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT OVER WHETHER THE GROUP HAD TO PAY A 5-DOLLAR COVER CHARGE.THE "RITZ" NIGHTCLUB'S OWNER STAVROS FOTINOPOULOS AND AGENT SINCLAIR ARE IN SERIOUS CONDITION WITH MULTIPLE GUNSHOT WOUNDS. THE HOUSTON POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING THE CASE.THE DEA SAYS ONE OF THEIR AGENTS FIRED FIRST DURING THE DOUBLE SHOOTING AT A HOUSTON TOPLESS CLUB.
