Hobart Cavanaugh and the Horse he Rode in On!
Hobart Cavanaugh greets Screen Snapshots viewers from atop his horse. Hobart is dressed like an old west sheriff and lets the audience know that they are in for some rootin' tootin' fun with cowboys, western stars, and stuntmen. The scene transitions to a series of wild western stunts on horses, as Hobart describes the work ethic of these stunt performers. Hobart hints that he and his horse, Lydia, made a miraculous jump shown on screen, but admits that it was movie magic and not something he actually did. He tells the audience that he and his horse are off to sunny Palm Springs. A man is seen riding a horse at an incredible speed, and then the scene transitions to a parade in Palm Springs.
