Apollo 11 worldwide tour, London, October 1969. Footage of the Apollo 11 astronauts meeting Queen Elizabeth II during the London leg of the global Presidential Goodwill Tour that took place from 29 September to 5 November 1969. At 0:14, from left are: Mike Collins, Neil Armstrong, the Queen, and Buzz Aldrin. Others present in the room (see clip K006/5407) include Prince Philip, Princess Margaret, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, and Prince Edward, as well as the wives of the astronauts. Officially called the Giantstep Apollo 11 tour, the route took the Apollo 11 astronauts and their entourage to 27 cities in 22 countries over a period of 37 days. NASA astronauts Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Mike Collins were the crew of the historic Apollo 11 mission (16-24 July 1969), achieving the first landing by humans on the Moon on 20 July 1969. Around 100 million people turned out across the world to see the men who had been to the Moon. The visit to London, United Kingdom, took place from 14-15 October 1969.

Created by an unknown American couple, this amateur made color travelogue shows a cruise on a P&O Princess Cruises ship, the SS Island Princess, from St. Thomas / St. John to Puerto Rico. This is only a portion of the cruise, which started in Acapulco, Mexico and transited the Panama Canal with visits to Martinique and the Virgin Islands. This is circa 1975.
