The town of Plymouth North Carolina is devastated... at least 10-people are dead after a tractor trailer plowed into a sport utility vehicle carrying high school band students. Police say it is one of the most deadly car accident in the state's history. Bodies and musical instruments were strewn everywhere. The crash happened when the student's vehicle tried to pass in a no-passing zone. It skidded sideways and the tractor trailer smashed into the side of the van. The truck driver escaped injury.
