President Clinton and British Prime Minister Tony Blair attended a full-blown, high school pep rally in suburban Maryland earlier today. Montgomery Blair High School welcomed Clinton and Blair. Clinton, who has faced a steady stream of allegations and questioning about Monica Lewinsky denied the charges earlier in the day, but declined to comment further on the relationship with Lewinsky. Tony Blair said, "I'm proud to be here with my good friend and colleague, Bill Clinton." With much enthusiasm at the rally, Clinton said, "This is a picture of America in the 21st Century!" END
