Reclining teenage boy pulls girl close to kiss her as another boy watches them closely. Teenage girl playfully arm wrestles on the floor. Teenage couple cuddles in corner. Ann Landers voices concern of teenage sex, saying, "I'm concerned because there appears to be a decline in the moral standards" Mary Winspear describes how teenagers "are very sad and guilt ridden and fear ridden" with regard to having sex. In talking about young adults, psychotherapist Albert Ellis says, "I think they are having much less guilt about engaging in sex relations such as petting and premarital intercourse."
